Description: The bottle is sent to the visual station through the clamping transition conveyor belt, the position is confirmed by the electric eye, the bottle bottom is identified by the camera, and the computer is calculated to distinguish the OK bottle and the NG bottle, and the NG bottle is dropped to the NG frame by the falling cylinder; OK bottle is transferred to the next station, the position is confirmed by the electric eye, the bottle mouth is identified by the camera, and the OK bottle and NG bottle are judged by the computer. The NG bottle is dropped to the NG frame by the falling cylinder; OK bottle is transferred to the next station, the position is confirmed by the electric eye, four cameras take pictures of the bottle body identification, the computer calculates and identifies OK bottle and NG bottle, and the NG bottle falls through the cylinder to the NG frame; OK bottle is transferred to the next station.
