(PDB-A100):
(PGP-111):It is suitable for various standard or non-standard wide-mouth bottles (recommended bottle diameter φ50mm and above, height ≤200mm).
(PG-A700):The bottles are extracted from the one-step blow molding machine and placed onto the conveyor belt. The machine uses a servo motor to drive the X/Z axes in a linked motion, offering high adaptability and flexibility.
(PG-A800):It is suitable for round or square-shaped bottles, performing multi-layer boxing operations. The bottles are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt, where they are neatly arranged on a platform. A robotic arm then clamps the entire layer of bottles and places them into pre-prepared cartons until the box is full, after which the cartons are conveyed out via the carton conveyor belt.
(PDB-105):The woven bag-type round bottle automatic bagging machine is suitable for bottles with regular round or square shapes. Manual assistance is required to insert the woven bags into the designated position on the pallet.
(PTP-210):The semi-paper pallet stacking machine is suitable for 1-10L containers, including round or square bottles, with paper pallet stacking.Production process: Bottles are conveyed into the machine via a conveyor belt. A robotic arm first arranges the bottles in rows on each paper pallet. Once a pallet is fully loaded, a rotating automatic gripper lifts the entire layer of the paper pallet and moves it to a designated location for stacking. Depending on the size of the bottles, the machine can produce 3000-5000 bottles per hour.
(PTP-220):This machine is suitable for paper pallet bottle packing. Bottles are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt. Through the machine's counting system, the arranged bottles are pushed into the pallet (which needs to be manually placed). With simple operation, one operator can stack the bottles, significantly reducing labor intensity and the number of workers compared to manual stacking.
(PTP-222):This machine is suitable for pallet-based packaging. Bottles are conveyed into the machine via a conveyor belt. The machine's counting system automatically arranges the number of bottles per layer and stacks them layer by layer. The machine then automatically lifts the stack onto the pallet, eliminating the need for manual handling. Compared to manual stacking, this system significantly reduces labor intensity and the number of workers. It can also be connected to an automatic strapping machine and automatic wrapping machine to achieve an unmanned automated production line.
(PTP-223):This machine is suitable for pallet-based packaging. Bottles are fed into the machine via a feeding conveyor belt. The machine’s counting system automatically arranges the number of bottles per layer. After each layer is completed, the machine automatically places a layer of separator paper, and then continues to stack the bottles layer by layer onto the pallet, eliminating the need for manual handling. It can be connected to an automatic strapping machine (with the sword-style strapping method) and an automatic wrapping machine to form an automated production line. Compared to manual stacking machines, this system significantly reduces labor intensity and the number of workers.
The difference between this machine and the PTP-222 is that it uses a multi-row bottle clamping method, which slightly reduces the production capacity due to the different bottle clamping mechanism.
